GoMotoLoan connects applicants with partner motorcycle dealers and financing institutions. Our role is limited to processing and submitting your loan application for review.

1. You submit a loan application through our website.
2. We review and process your application documents.
3. Once approved, we refer your application to the partner dealer.
4. All financial transactions are completed directly with the dealer.

GoMotoLoan does not accept any payments. This includes but is not limited to:

• Down payments
• Monthly amortizations / installments
• Application fees
• Processing fees
• Any other financial transactions

All payments must be made directly to the motorcycle dealer or financing institution you are transacting with. We are not responsible for any payments made through unauthorized channels.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. The data you provide during the application process is used solely for loan application processing and is shared only with partner dealers and financing institutions as necessary.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

By using GoMotoLoan, you agree to the following terms:

• We reserve the right to verify any information provided.
• Loan approval is subject to dealer and financing institution policies.
• We are not liable for any disputes between applicants and dealers.
